About us
The Gosforth Housing Office manages approximately 2715 properties in the Castle, East Gosforth, Fawdon, Parklands and West Gosforth wards of Newcastle. The accommodation that we manage in the area ranges from traditional two and three bedroom semi-detached and terrace houses to one and two bedroom low and high rise flats and bungalows.
We provide a number of services at our office which includes:
